Cleaning Fee: $55 per family unit
This fee will be broken out to pay the custodian ($150/month) and a few cleaning supplies for the co-op (~$20-30/mo) with the remainder being given to WSBC to offset additional supplementary cleaning and event services.

*Families with 5+ students will only pay a $150 maximum registration fee which goes to pay for the adminsistrative costs for preparing for the upcoming year.
Tuition and Fees
Tuition is due on the FIRST CLASS MEETING DAY of each month. Tuition can be paid at the welcome center, via Venmo, or mail a check to:
Materials Fee
Materials & supply fees should be paid directly to the instructors during or before Back to School Parent Night or by the first day of class, following the instructions provided in their respective course syllabi.
Class Drop Deposit: 1-month deposit per class
To keep costs affordable for all, instructors are paid monthly in eight (8) installments. We ask parents pay their first month class costs in advance along with a 1-month deposit per class. This deposit serves as a guarantee for instructors who have formed their classes based on an expected roster of students. The deposit will be held til the end of the year and can be returned or credited for the final month of classes. The deposit is refundable up to 2 weeks into the first semester as class rosters are finalized. It is our intention to take care of our instructors for their efforts to serve our community of students.
Late Class Swap Admin Fee:
Classes may be swapped within the first two (2) weeks of class at no cost. Afterwards, your student may swap classes for an addtional $20 administrative fee per instance of change.
Class swaps & drops should be formally made in writing so that you are not billed for the wrong class and to ensure the correct instructor gets paid.
Last day for class swaps & drops is on or before the 5th Monday of our academic year. As a way to minimize loss of income to our instructors, any class dropped after 10/9/2023 will result in the loss of the class deposit for that class.

Late Fee
A flat $15 per student late fee will be added for any tuition payment submitted after the 10th of the month.
