Middle & High School Physical Education (7th-12th)

Our High School Physical Education program for grades 7-12 emphasizes a balanced approach to health and fitness. Students will engage in cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and flexibility routines, coupled with learning about nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.

  • Comprehensive Fitness Education:
The curriculum includes cardiovascular training, strength exercises, and flexibility routines to promote overall physical health.
  • Nutrition and Healthy Living:
Students will explore nutritional science and learn practical ways to implement healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Goal Setting and Assessments:
A physical fitness assessment at the beginning and end of the year helps students set personal goals and monitor their progress. The focus remains on the process of building a healthy lifestyle rather than the results of these assessments.

Evaluations are based on effort, attitude, improvement, and knowledge rather than physical performance metrics. Students are expected to participate actively, dressed in appropriate workout attire and equipped with a water bottle for hydration.
